Public institution “VIJUVA” was established by two lawyers in spring 1994. Our company’s services were particularly relevant in that challenging transition period for Lithuanian people and businessmen. Capitalism, which had been earlier criticized so fiercely for so long time, flourished in our country. Business was developing in form of cooperatives, individual enterprises and illegal activities.

That was the moment, when “VIJUVA” intentionally created its motto: “REGISTER THE ENTERPRISE BEFORE YOU START THE BUSINESS”. This was a warning and allusion towards the sanctions that could be applied for illegal work. Imperfect, copied form other countries laws on registration and operation of new enterprises confused the people who wanted to start changing their lives and methods of work. We saw big opportunities and a great perspective in the field of preparation of documents for incorporation of a company, its registration, re-registration, liquidation, sale of a company and its securities, changes in authorised capital or change of a company’s type. When specialization is clear – the quality is guaranteed.

Our company grew, changed its domicile and was choosing a more convenient way of its organization. It also saw ups and downs due to the great Russian crisis and Euro adoption in European countries. However, our company always planned its development, competence building as well as growth in terms of size and quality of services.

Operating for already seventeenth year, we act as consultants for more than 600 companies in Klaipėda and Western Lithuania. The statistics is constantly changing, as the list of companies being subject to liquidation, deregistration or otherwise ceasing their activities, grows bigger and bigger. We are happy for everyone – both flourishing ones and those that managed to survive during the long time of changes, hardship and challenges from the moment of registration up to today.
